What are your design format I would receive ?
Depending upon your cutting machine we provide svg, png, cdr, eps and dxf.
Are your design comes with commercial user licenses.
YES we are offering design for commercial uses as well for personal uses. You can use our design to craft as many product for your personal uses. Few of our design comes with commercial licence too for that kindly check the product description.
I am unable to access my digital download files.
After proceeding to purchase page you are able to download it easily.
Kindly unzip or extract the file to get the design or if you facing any other problem let us know we will help you out for sure within 2 hour of time frame.
